Abbi and Alex produced a fabulous litter of 14 puppies, so it was impossible not to keep a gorgeous girl! Zelda was the chosen girl and she is certainly living up to my expectations. She is maturing into a fabulous bitch - both in temperament and exterior.
Zelda is a very balanced girl of medium to large size. Her mask is a very black contrast to the rest of her, which is is a reddish gold.
Zelda has been awarded 2 x Baby Puppy of Group and many times she has been reserve bitch at shows.
The Leonberger club held it's first Open show in October last year (2009) and Zelda, at 4 months, was awarded Reserve Best in Show - beaten by her sire, Alex.
